Hello. My name is Neha Maini and I am one half of the Diamond Team. The other half would be my husband and business partner Ravi Maini who has worked in the real estate business for over 15 years now. I myself have been working in the Toronto real estate industry for over 8 years. By living in this great city and working in it, I have gathered in depth experience and knowledge about the real estate within and around Toronto.

I decided to become a real estate agent because I believe I truly have an artistic eye for things and I very much appreciate and enjoy looking at the way things are designed. Due to to this, I already had a lot of knowledge about various types of homes and finding that right product for the client. Studying the real estate business was a hobby of mine before I even decided to make it my career. I have never been happier with my career choice.

My favorite part of this job is when I find that perfect match for the client. When all the significant needs and requirements my client had were met, by finding that perfect match, it makes me feel that I have truly fulfilled my end of the deal. Therefore, my most important goal when it comes to a client’s needs and wants is getting that wish list for them 100% in all aspects in terms of location, size, budget and accessibility.

What really makes me stand out from other agents within this industry is that my husband and real estate agent Ravi Maini and I have an open book policy with all our clients. We do not on any circumstances have ever, or ever will, make any sort of false promises to our clients. We always upfront and honest about all the information we relay, as well as any advice we give them. I think i’m a very relatable person with a fun and open personality which translates into my profession. I believe I make my transactions fun and exciting for all my clients and since we are a young couple in this industry we understand and recognize that there are different types of families with different dynamics and as such will all have different wish lists.
